858 ATC CAROUSEL MOTOR ELECTRICAL FAULT
No motor current was measured after the ATC carousel was commanded ON. Check the motor power cables for any breaks, severe crimping, or loose connections that can cause an open circuit. Make sure the cable connectors do not have damaged pins. On the I/O board, make sure the 4–pin jumper is plugged into P87. Measure the resistance of the motor. If the electrical resistance measures less than 1 Ohm, or more than 50 Ohms, replace the motor. Power cycle the machine. If the alarm persists, with the alarm on the screen insert a USB device and press [SHIFT] and the [F3] button to generate an error report. The error report will be saved to the USB device, e-mail the error report file to your local Haas Factory Outlet for further review.
